How it works
- Confirm this is your Dhanmondi Doctors doctor profile (name, BMDC, chamber).
- Update any incorrect details in the form — phone, chamber hours, hospital, photo, etc.
- Write clearly what you want changed in “What should we update?”.
- Upload BMDC / ID proof (recommended) so we can verify ownership.
- Submit the form. Dhanmondi Doctors admin will review and update the live profile (usually 24–48 hours).
Important
- Only the real doctor (or authorized clinic staff) should submit this form.
- False claims may lead to profile removal.
- Use the same mobile/email you use for patient appointments.

- You get a confirmation on this page.
- Admin receives your request instantly.
- We may contact you on phone/WhatsApp if more proof is needed.
